Are you a local bookkeeper near me?

If you're in the Mandurah or Peel region of Western Australia, yes — our office is on Ormsby Terrace, Mandurah and we're happy to meet in person. For everyone else in Australia, we work as your bookkeepers remotely using Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks, with secure cloud document sharing and video calls.

Do you work with businesses outside Mandurah?

Yes. While we're a Mandurah-based bookkeeping firm, the majority of our clients are spread across Western Australia and the rest of Australia. Cloud accounting means location makes no practical difference to the quality of service.

How much does a small business bookkeeper cost?

Our fixed-fee packages start at $49/week + GST for the Essential Package, covering monthly data entry, bank reconciliation, quarterly BAS lodgement and a quarterly P&L. The Standard Package is $79/week + GST and adds monthly reporting and AR monitoring. Optional add-ons (payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable) are priced separately so you only pay for what you need.

Do you handle BAS and payroll?

Yes. We're a registered BAS agent and prepare and lodge quarterly BAS directly with the ATO. Payroll processing, Single Touch Payroll, super reconciliation and workers compensation returns are available as add-ons.

How hard is it to switch from my current bookkeeper?

Not very hard. We ethically hand over the necessary documents, handle software conversions easily, and make sure the transition is seamless.

Is there a minimum contract?

No — our standard plans are month to month. For limited-time offers there will be a 6-month minimum, and if your plan includes tax it can be negotiated; generally we look for a year commitment when tax is bundled.

What happens if I'm not happy?

If you're not happy, let's stay in contact and work it out. Our plans are not fixed unless we have negotiated a company/business tax arrangement or other benefits that have already been used.

How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding takes 3–4 weeks to make sure we ethically cross over from your previous providers. If you're new, we set you up completely and organise time with you to go over any access or bank feed issues and the practices you can follow to help us keep your books great.

Which accounting software do you support?

We work day-to-day in Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks Online. If you don't yet have a system in place, we'll recommend the best fit for your business and handle the setup.
